Pesto Rosso

Ingredients
- 60 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 10 rosemary needles
- 5 basil leaves
- 10 g pine nuts
- 10 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Toast the pine nuts and pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil, then let them cool.
- Blend the pine nuts and pumpkin seeds in a mixer. Add the tomatoes, olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt and blend until smooth. Add the rosemary and basil and briefly blend again.
