Basil Pesto

Ingredients

    • 40 g pine nuts
    • 25 g basil
    • 10 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    • Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Then let them cool completely.
    • Blend the pine nuts, olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt in a blender until smooth. Add the basil and briefly blend until combined.
