Basil Pesto

Ingredients
- 40 g pine nuts
- 25 g basil
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Then let them cool completely.
- Blend the pine nuts, olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt in a blender until smooth. Add the basil and briefly blend until combined.
