Pistachio Basil Pesto

Ingredients
- 40 g pistachios (peeled)
- 25 g basil (fresh)
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- First, crush the pistachios, nutritional yeast and salt evenly in a blender.
- Then add basil, olive oil and orange juice and puree to an even pesto.
