Pistachio Basil Pesto

Ingredients

    • 40 g pistachios, shelled
    • 25 g fresh basil
    • 8 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp orange juice
    • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
    • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    • First, blend the pistachios and salt evenly in a stand blender. Then add the basil, olive oil, orange juice and nutritional yeast and briefly blend until a uniform mixture forms.
