Pistachio Basil Pesto

Ingredients
- 40 g pistachios, shelled
- 25 g fresh basil
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- First, blend the pistachios and salt evenly in a stand blender. Then add the basil, olive oil, orange juice and nutritional yeast and briefly blend until a uniform mixture forms.
