Pistachio Basil Pesto

    • 40 g pistachios (peeled)
    • 25 g basil (fresh)
    • 8 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp orange juice
    • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
    • 1 tsp salt


    • First, crush the pistachios, nutritional yeast and salt evenly in a blender.
    • Then add basil, olive oil and orange juice and puree to an even pesto.
