Pumpkin Seed and Raisin Pesto

Ingredients
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
- 20 g raisins
- 10 rosemary needles
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- First, briefly toast the pumpkin seeds, raisins and rosemary in a dry pan over medium heat.
- Then add them to a stand blender together with all remaining ingredients and blend into a pesto.
