Pumpkin Seed and Raisin Pesto

Ingredients

    • 40 g pumpkin seeds
    • 20 g raisins
    • 10 rosemary needles
    • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
    • 10 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    • First, briefly toast the pumpkin seeds, raisins and rosemary in a dry pan over medium heat.
    • Then add them to a stand blender together with all remaining ingredients and blend into a pesto.
