Pumpkin Seed and Raisin Pesto

Ingredients
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
- 20 g raisins
- 10 leaves rosemary
- 50 g dried tomatoes (pickled)
- 10 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- First, briefly roast the pumpkin seeds, raisins and rosemary leaves in a pan without oil over medium heat.
- Then put them into a stand mixer with all the other ingredients and puree to a pesto.
