Mayonnaise

Ingredients

    • 100 g cashews
    • 90 ml oat milk
    • 25 ml rapeseed oil
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

    • Soak the cashews in water overnight or alternatively boil them for 15 minutes. Then drain.
    • Put the cashews together with the remaining ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until a smooth mayonnaise forms.
