Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 100 g cashews
- 90 ml oat milk
- 25 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Soak the cashews in water overnight or alternatively boil them for 15 minutes. Then drain.
- Put the cashews together with the remaining ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until a smooth mayonnaise forms.
