Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 80 ml soy milk
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 10 g dijon mustard
- Turmeric powder
- 120 ml rapeseed oil
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Put soy milk, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and a pinch of each salt, pepper and turmeric in a narrow, tall container (e.g. a measuring cup). Mix everything with a spoon.
- Then mix those ingredients with a hand blender and slowly add rapeseed oil until an even mayonnaise is made.
