Wheat Tortillas

Ingredients

    • 180 g all-purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
    • 100 ml water
    • Salt

Instructions

    • Combine the flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the sunflower oil and water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest for about 20 minutes.
    • Divide the dough into four equal balls, lightly dust with flour, and let rest for another 10 minutes.
    • Roll out each dough ball very thinly on a well-floured surface.
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium to high heat without oil. Cook the tortillas on both sides until golden brown.
