For 2 servings



    • 320 g flour, type 00
    • 200 ml water
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 5 g fresh yeast

Tomato sauce

    • 1/2 can of peeled tomatoes
    • 5 leaves of fresh basil
    • 1/2 tsp salt

Vegan cheese

    • 70 ml soy milk (unsweetened)
    • 50 g vegan cheese
    • 1 tsp vegan butter
    • 1 tsp flour


    • For the tomato sauce, roughly puree the tomatoes, basil and salt in a blender.
    • For the cheese, sauté the flour and vegan butter in a saucepan at low heat. Then stir in the soy milk with a whisk and simmer for 2 – 3 minutes. Then add the vegan cheese and stir until you get a viscous mixture. Leave to cool in the fridge.
    • For the dough put lukewarm water in a bowl and dissolve the yeast. Add olive oil, salt and sugar. Then gradually add the flour and mix completely until you have a smooth dough. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
    • Then divide the dough and form two balls. Cover and leave to rise for another hour.
    • Preheat the oven to 250°C.
    • Form the dough with your hands into two flat pizzas. Cover with tomato sauce and vegan cheese.
    • Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
